Concentrated Soy Protein RICON 3001S Functional is for Meat Application in Cooked Sausage, Minced Meat, Canned Meat, Chicken Products, and in a wide variety of Blends/Mixtures. It is made from Non-Gmo soybean. It is a versatile functional soy protein concentrate, Non-Dusty, developed to provide high functionality in systems where water-binding and emulsifying properties are needed.

RICON 3001S has a high functionality as 1:4:4 for water/oil binding. It is used in a cost effective way as a replacer of Isolated Soy Protein.
