A Granular Soya Lecithin
RiproLecithin 97G is made from NON-GMO soybean. It is a granular soya lecithin. The content of phospholipids is more than 97%. It is a complex mixture of phosphatidylcholine(PC), phosphatidylethanolamine(PE) and phosphatidylinositol(PI), oil free, and with a light yellowish color. It is recommended for applications in nutrition areas.
