RiproLecithin 60B is a Liquid Soy Lecithin. It is a bleached lecithin, with a transparent color, clear and white. The lecithin content is more than 60%. It is packed in 200kg drums or ABC drums, with a quantity of 20mts loaded on pallets in 20'fcl. Soya lecithin is widely used as an emulsifier and stabilizer in Chocolates, Confectionery and other Food Additives.
