RiproTEX 3N is made from Non-Gmo soybean. It is a texturized soya protein, also called TSP or TVP, for meat applications. It has a very light color, of a minced shape of a size around 3mm, with a protein level of 50%min. It gives a special property of high water absorbing and oil preserving by a fibrous structure. So, it could form an excellent mouth feel similar as meat.
